In today’s assembly, our brilliant Eco Ambassadors officially launched Switch Off Week - an initiative designed by the Eco Team to help us save electricity, reduce energy use, and cut carbon emissions.

Throughout the week, the Eco Team will be encouraging everyone to switch off lights and any unused devices to help us all make smarter, greener choices. And they’re hoping these good habits will travel into our homes too!

Every small action counts - Did you know, leaving a classroom light on for just one hour uses enough energy to power a laptop for 24 hours?
