What a brilliant few days away at PGL! Our Year 5 and 6 pupils have returned full of stories, smiles, and newfound confidence after a jam-packed three-day adventure.

Trip Highlights...

Outdoor Adventures – Canoeing, climbing, orienteering, disc golf, laser tag and archery, plus problem-solving challenges and shelter-building, fire-lighting, and whittling tasks encouraged independence, teamwork, and focus. It was truly inspiring to see our explorers working together, as well as pushing themselves to their limits. Our pupils showed real determination as they took on heights, hit bullseyes, and outsmarted puzzles together.

Certificates & Celebrations – On the final day, every child received a PGL certificate, celebrating their achievements and sheer bravery throughout the visit. A huge well done to our incredible young adventures.

Why It Matters. These experiences go far beyond fun—they build confidence, resilience, communication, and a deep connection with the natural world. For many, it was their first big challenge away from home, and they all rose to it brilliantly.
