Ancient Egypt Adventure

This week, Class 3 and 4 took a fascinating trip to New Walk Museum in Leicester as part of their Ancient Egyptians topic — and what an incredible day it was!
Pupils became true historians for the day, exploring ancient artefacts, discovering how Egyptians lived, cooked, and worked, and learning about their beliefs in the afterlife and the many gods they worshipped.
They even had the chance to dress up, get up close to real mummies, and share their brilliant knowledge with museum experts.
We were so proud of the children’s enthusiasm, curiosity, and respectful behaviour throughout the visit — well done, Class 3 and 4.
